3/8" LOCK NUTS (63). See FIGURE 1.

LOOSELY assemble the FOOTPLATE (66) to the FRAME (2) using one 3/8 X 3" BOLT (67) and one 3/8" LOCK NUT (63) as
shown in FIGURE 1.
