2.4 LED indicators

There are three LED indicators to help users to judge the various conditions of GRP-520.
The description is as follows：
A. PWR(Green)：Power LED to indicate whether the external power is input or not. The
description is as follows:
The external power is active
B. OS(Red)：OS LED indicates if the OS is normal or fail.
Heart beat (1 sec.)
C. FW(Red)：This LED indicates the status of VxServer firmware (Serial port to 3G).
500ms ON / 500ms OFF
D. FW(Green)：This LED indicates the status of RTU Client firmware.
500ms ON / 500ms OFF
E. 3G (Red)：The LED indicates the status of 3G module.
(the 3G module need about 60 seconds to register network usually)
