Document Jam
Clear the scanner jam, then press the Stop Key.
The document scanning position sensor does not detect the leading edge of the document
although the document has been fed for the specified distance.
<User Check>
• Check that the document is not jammed in the ADF. If jammed, remove it.

Correct the position of the document scanning

Reconnect the document scanning position
sensor harness.

Reconnect the control panel cover sensor
harness.
Replace the control panel cover sensor.
Replace the control panel cover ASSY.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
