Playing an Audio CD

To play an audio CD, you must either have headphones connected to the headphone
jack located on the front of the drive or an audio card connected to the line out
connector located on the back of the drive. You must also have an audio software
application installed.
The headphone jack provides the connection for headphones using a 3.5mm (1/8-inch)
stereo mini-plug. The volume control adjusts the audio output level for the headphones.
