Press flashing CO or INTERCOM.
Or press Recall/hookswitch.
If the handset has been replaced, just go off-hook.

To retrieve an outside (CO) line call put on hold (General Call Hold)
by another extension
Off-hook.
To retrieve an intercom call put on hold (General Call Hold) by another extension
