covered hardware product in operating condition, including parts and materials for available

maximum usage limitations as set forth in the manufacturer's operating manual, product
QuickSpecs or the technical product data sheet will not be provided, repaired, or replaced as part of these
services.
Service Coverage The HP 6127XLG includes 3-years hardware support with next business day onsite response during
standard business hours. If you have requirements for longer durations of service, faster response times or
more comprehensive support, HP Care Pack services for the HP 6127XLG are available to uplift or extend
