Diagnosis
The next few sections list the error codes for the individual errors together with
their meaning. Also covered: how the individual errors are returned, which error
codes apply to which subprograms, and which error in which byte of the current
SM memory area is transferred. If error messages occur which are not described in
these sections, please contact your service hotline.
If these next few sections do not provide a solution, manual correction of the errors
via STEP 7 Micro/WIN 32 is always required. The Internet wizard of STEP 7 Mi-
cro/WIN 32 should always be used to configure the CP 243-1 IT.
If your CP 243-1 IT returns errors indicating a problem with the configuration,
check to determine whether your user program may have overwritten the configu-
ration.
Caution
During power failures (24 V), the CP 243-1 IT is unable to return any more error
messages.
