Vehicles with run-fl at tyres can be driven
even with a punctured tyre under the
following conditions.
Maximum vehicle speed with a
punctured run-fl at tyre: 80 km/h (49
mph)
Maximum driving distance with a
punctured run-fl at tyre: 80 km (49
miles)
CAUTION
The maximum driving distance may
be shorter depending on the driving
conditions.
If a run-fl at tyre is punctured, carefully
drive the vehicle to the nearest Mazda
Repairer and have the tyre changed.
NOTE
A spare tyre or emergency fl at tyre
repair kit is not equipped on vehicles
with run-fl at tyres as standard.
Replacing a punctured run-fl at
tyre with a new run-fl at tyre is
recommended.
Do not use run-fl at tyres and
conventional tyres on the same
vehicle.
Vehicle with Conventional Tyres
If the following occurs while driving, it
could indicate a fl at tyre.
Steering becomes diffi cult.
The vehicle begins to vibrate
excessively.
The vehicle pulls in one direction. If
a conventional tyre is punctured, refer
to "Tool Storage" (page 7-6 ) and
"Emergency Flat Tyre Repair Kit" (page
7-8 ).
