If one of the following situations occur, immediately stop the air conditioner,
disconnect the power, and contact the authorised service center.
If error code appear on the display window of
indoor unit.
disconnecting the power and then connecting
it again.
Fuse blows frequently or circuit breaker often
trips.
The pressure in the refrigeration system is low and could result in the unit breaking down.

If the trouble has not been corrected, please contact a local dealer or the nearest customer service
center. Be sure to inform them of the detailed malfunctions and unit model.

Cause
Power cut
The unit may have become unplugged.
Fuse may have blown.
Voltage is too high or too low.
Batteries in remote control may have
been exhausted.
The time you have set with timer is
incorrect.
Inappropriate temperature setting.
Doors or windows are open.
Air inlet or outlet of indoor or outdoor
unit has been blocked.
Compressor 3 minutes protection has
been activated.
Water or other liquid is splashed into the unit.
Water is leaking from the unit.
There is a harsh sound during operation.
Strong odours are emmited during operation.
Power cord and power plug are overheating.
Other abnormal situations.
What should be done
Wait for power to be restored.
Check that plug is securely in wall
receptacle.
Replace the fuse.
Test the voltage by professionals.
Replace the batteries.
Wait or cancel timer setting.
Set the temperature correctly.

Close the doors or windows.
then restart the unit.
