Remote UI Settings
(Managing the Machine
from a Computer)
Enabling the Remote UI
●Press → [Management Settings] → [License/Other] → [Remote UI].
Select [On] to use SSL and Reference Print.
Enter the System Manager ID and System PIN → press [Administrator Login].

Logging In to the Machine as an Administrator
Network Connection: TCP/IP
►e-Manual > Remote UI
Restart (The settings become effective.)
Starting Web Browser
Enter the following URL in <Address>.
http://<IP address of the machine or host name>

SSL Encrypted Communication Settings
●Press → [Preferences] → [Network] → [TCP/IP Settings] →
[SSL Settings] → [Key and Certificate].
Select 'Default Key' (preinstalled key pair and server certificate)
→ press [Set as the Default Key] → [Yes].
Enabling Access to the Machine
from the Web Browser
●Press → [Preferences] → [Network] → [TCP/IP Settings].
Set [Use HTTP] to [On].
Click [Service Management Service].
Enter the password → click [Log In].
