Section 4 - Configuration - Extender Mode
Smart Connect
Smart Connect:
Enable or disable the Smart Connect Feature. When enabled only
a few configuration options are available to simplify configuration.
Wi-Fi Name (SSID):
Create a name for your wireless network using up to 32 characters.
Choose None or WPA/WPA2-(Personal) (recommended).
Security Mode:
Password:
Create a password to use for wireless security. Wireless clients will
need to enter this password to successfully connect to the network.
If Existing Network Type is Wi-Fi and Smart Connect is Disabled the following options are
available:
2.4GHz / 5GHz Extended Wi-Fi
Status:
Enable or disable the 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz wireless network.
Wi-Fi Name (SSID):
Create a name for your wireless network using up to 32 characters.
Security Mode:
Choose None or WPA/WPA2-(Personal) (recommended).
Password:
Create a password to use for wireless security.
