You can prevent the removal of language packages as follows:
● Add all languages to be retained to at least one user in the language list.
● Disable the task LPRemove (Language Pack Removal Task) in Computer Management >
Task Scheduler.
This setting may change with an operating system update.

How to install service packs for the operating system

Introduction
If you installed the operating system without a service pack, you will need to install the service
pack before continuing.
Versions
Note
The version you need is listed in the
"Preface (Page 9)").
Requirement
Only install service packs, if you can reboot the PC station. A service pack may reboot the PC
station automatically or you may have to reboot to use the modified function.
Procedure
1. Install the service pack.
2. Recommendation: Perform a reboot of the PC station after installation of the service pack.
