TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The internal unit rings but does not turn on
The internal unit does not ring and does
not turn on
The call arrives but the audio is low
The call is not forwarded to the
smartphone
It is not possible to associate the
smartphone to the Classe 300X
Check that the jumper2 is in the housing, that there
are at least 18V, that the jumper1 is not inserted if it
