    Contact Vertu Customer Service by either pressing the Vertu key or through the Vertu Certainty app. Refer to the user guide on your phone from the Vertu Certainty app, or on the Vertu website at http://www.vertu.com/gb/en/product-support/user-guides-and-downloads/.     Getting started Insert the SIM card Your Signature Touch L phone is equipped to work with a nanoSIM card. Important: Do not attempt to insert another type of SIM as this will not be compatible and may damage the cavity.

    Warning: Disabling the phone functionality will prevent outgoing calls but incoming calls can still be received. If the Signature Touch L is to be shared on a longer term basis, we recommend you use the Add User profile. This will prompt the phone setup sequence to provision the new user’s accounts.
