Tele Macro
Using the Tele Macro function, you can get close up images which
are created by focusing on a small portion of a large object at a tele
angle. It is useful to get close up images of flowers or insects etc.
Select the record mode by pressing the MODE button. page 29

Touch the Menu (
"Tele Macro."
2.
Touch the desired submenu item.
3.
To exit the menu, touch the Exit

) or Return (
) tab.
Submenu items
•
Off: Disables the function.
): Y ou can focus on a small portion of a large object
•
On (
at a tele angle.
•
When recording in Tele Macro mode, the focus speed may be
lowered.
•
Use a tripod (not supplied) to prevent camcorder shake in the Tele
Macro mode.
•
Avoid shadows when recording in the Tele Macro mode.
•
As the distance to the subject decreases, focusing area narrows.
•
If you cannot get proper focus, move the Zoom lever to W(Wide) slowly
and adjust the distance to the subject.
•
When using the zoom to telephoto in the Tele Macro mode, the
minimum distance you can have between the camcorder and subject
is 50 cm.

Cont. Shot
The Continuous Shot function lets you capture up to eight photos in
rapid succession to give you more photo-taking opportunities when
recording moving subjects.
Select the record mode by pressing the MODE button. page 29

If an error occurs (Card full, etc.) during continuous shot, the
recording stops and an error message appears.

When "Cont. Shot" is "On," the camcorder fixes the photo resolution
at 1920x1080.
