Resource data send function (Resource data send action)

The resource data send function allows the GOT to send resource data collected in a GOT buffering area and a CF card
to a database.
Device values for controllers, alarm data for the GOT, and others can be stored to the database without any
communication programs.
For the resource data send function settings, refer to the following.
