However, do not load different-sized large or thick documents, or valuable original documents or artwork.
Caution: Do not load the following types of documents in the scanner, or they may be damaged or may
damage the scanner:
• Thermal paper
• Coated paper
• Documents with uneven surfaces, such as embossed documents
• Documents with wet ink
• Ripped, curled, or wrinkled documents
• Documents containing staples or paper clips
• Documents with holes, other than standard hole-punched documents
• Documents that are bound
• Documents with carbon paper backing
• Transparencies
