When talking to one party while the other party is on hold, you can swap the calls back and forth
(alternately).
To alternate the call between the parties while having a call on hold temporarily
PT/PS
During a conversation with a held call
TRANSFER
Press TRANSFER.
To alternate the call between the parties while having a call on Hold mode
PT
During a conversation
(CO)
OR
(G-DN)
OR
INTERCOM
Press desired CO,
G-DN or INTERCOM.
To alternate the call between the parties while having a call on Call Hold mode

During a conversation
When both parties are extension parties
HOLD
Press HOLD.
