Cause:
Ceramic valve fault.
Remedy
Check the ceramic valve
Check the ceramic valve position switch

Fault Code F75

Cause:
Capsule not ejected after coffee preparation.
Remedy:
1. Switch the appliance off using the main switch.
2. Remove the capsule.
3. Switch the appliance on again.
4. Check the capsule transport in service mode; see Section 060-4.5.
5. Check the brew unit in service mode; see Section 060-4.5.
Cause:
Capsule plate is defective.
The retaining tabs on the capsule plate collar on the hinged ramp are
damaged or missing.
The capsule support ring under the capsule plate collar on the hinged
ramp has become loose.
Series modification (2650/2660):
Since machine no. 14/65391607, the capsule transport slide has been
shortened by 0.04 inches (1 millimeter) and is now white. The capsule plate
now has a small cutout.

Remedy:
1. Switch off the appliance at the power switch.
2. Remove the capsule.
Note:
Units before machine no. 10/65365600 are prototype models and must not be
converted. These models must be scrapped.
3. Drive the capsule transport into the service position using service mode;
see Section 060-4.5.
4. Replace the capsule transport slide.
5. Replace the capsule plate.
6. Check capsule transport in service mode; see Section 060-4.5.
Cause:
Different tolerances in mechanical components in the capsule's path.
Remedy:
See Section 060-3.14.
