Make Calls

If the phone window displays the Unprovisioned message for your primary line, contact your system
administrator to get the primary line set up.

Predial a Number

You can dial a number while your phone is on-hook (without hearing dial tone); this dialing action is called
predial.
Procedure
Step 1
Enter a number using the keypad.
Step 2
Go off-hook using one of the following actions:
• Lift the handset.
• Press Call.
• Press Handset
• Press Speakerphone

Place a Call Using the Speakerphone

Your administrator can configure your phone so that the speakerphone is disabled. If the speakerphone is
disabled, the softkeys are dimmed or blank.
Procedure
Step 1
Press Speakerphone
Step 2
Enter a number.
