    Basic operation Starting playback DVD9100 POWER Press POWER button to turn on power. Press OPEN/CLOSE button to load disc on disc tray. Hold the disc without touching either of its surf- aces, position it with the printed title side facing up, align it with the guides, and place it in its pr- oper position.

    PBC functions can be auto run after the disc is loaded and its logo appears on VFD. DVD9100 POWER PBC button (SVCD/VCD only) This button switches PBC function on or off.
