  • Page 7 Using the Recharger The compact recharger unit enables you to recharge your Palm V™ organizer when you are on the road. The recharger unit has a plug with flip-down U.S. AC prongs at one end and a 10-pin organizer connector at the other end.

  • Page 10 Performing a local HotSync operation When you perform a local HotSync operation using the HotSync cable, you must first make sure Palm™ Desktop organizer software settings are correct on your computer. To set up your PC for a local HotSync operation: 1.

This selection should match the port number (Windows) or name (Macintosh) to which you connected the organizer. Speed Determines the fastest speed at which data is transferred between your organizer and Palm Desktop software.

    SOFTWARE: 3Com warrants to Customer that the Palm™ Desktop organizer software and Palm OS™ software licensed from it will perform in substantial conformance to their program specifications, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase from 3Com or its authorized reseller.
