TROUBLESHOOTING

No image is displayed.
Problem
Is the product power cord connected?
The screen will not turn on.
Image sticking occurs on the product.
Problem
Image sticking occurs when the product
is turned off.
The audio function does not work.
Problem
No sound is heard and only the LED or
the screen is turned on.
Sound is too low.
Screen color is abnormal.
Problem
Do black spots appear on the screen?
• Check if the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet.
• Press and hold the power button for more than a second.
• If you display a fixed image for a long time, the pixels may be
damaged quickly. Use the screen saver function.
• When a dark image is displayed on the screen after an image with high
contrast (black and white or gray), this may cause image sticking. This
is normal for LCD screen products.
• Adjust the volume.
• See if the audio is set properly.
• Adjusts the volume level.
• Several pixels (red, green, white or black color) may appear on the
screen, which may be attributable to the unique characteristics of the
LCD panel. It is not a malfunction of the LCD.
