    Installation Connecting VCR Your VCR may have different kinds of outputs like RF, composite video and S-Video. Normally S-Video delivers the best video quality, RF output delivers lower quality video. If S-Video is available, connect the S-Video output of your VCR to AV1, AV2 or AV3. If S-Video is not available, connect the composite video output on your VCR to AV1, AV2 or AV3.

    C onnecting a DVD P layer The S V 50/65 is equipped with state-of-the-art deinterlacing circuitry that is superior to the technology provided in most DVD players. The recommended input for DVD players is the S D input with DVD player output mode set to 480i. Furthermore, please make sure the TV-type or TV aspect ratio is selected as widescreen (16:9) on the DVD player.
