To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power source to unit, unless test
procedures require power to be connected. Discharge capacitor through a resistor before attempting to service.
Ensure all ground wires are connected before certifying unit as repaired and/or operational.
Ice maker Problems
Raised shut-off arm
Broken or bent shut-off arm
Shut-off arm stuck or obstructed
Ice maker not level
Can't level ice maker
Open thermostat (won't close below 17˚F)
Closed thermostat (won't open above 32˚F)
Thermostat out of calibration
Heater not staked in mold
Won't cycle test with power available
Won't eject ice with power available
