Description
Activates or deactivates the function. Prevents
smell during cooking. When off, it cleans itself pe-
riodically.
Starts calibration.
Shows the software version and configuration.
Resets all settings to factory settings.
Application
To bake on up to 3 shelf positions at the same
time and to dry food. Set the temperature 20 - 40
°C lower than for the function: Conventional
Cooking.
To bake food on 1 shelf position for a more inten-
sive browning and a crispy bottom. Set the tem-
perature 20 - 40 °C lower than for the function:
Conventional Cooking.
To prepare tender, succulent roasts.
To bake and roast food on 1 shelf position.
To make your convenience food like e.g. French
Fries, Wedges, spring rolls crispy.
To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones
on 1 shelf position. Also to make gratins and to
brown.
To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast
bread.
