Safety distance between hob and cooker hood (S)

An insufficient safety distance between the hob and the cooker hood can result
in damage to the cooker hood.
The safety distance between the top of a cooker or hob and the bottom of the
cooker hood canopy must measure at least 365 mm, unless a greater distance
is specified by the manufacturer of your cooking appliance.
For installation above gas hobs, the following outputs must not be exceeded:
- multi-burner gas hobs total output > 21.6 kW, or where one burner > 4.8 kW.
- single burner gas hob output > 8.1 kW
