Note: The settings for your device are described below in the
order that they appear within the Settings menu.

Connections

To access the Connections settings:
From the Home screen, touch
Connections.
The Connections menu displays.
Wi-Fi Settings
Set up and manage the phone's connections to Wi-Fi
networks. This phone supports Wi-Fi a/b/g/n.
For more information about using Wi-Fi, see "Wi-Fi" on
page 115.

Settings
Configure and manage connections to Wi-Fi access points.
1. From the Connections menu, touch Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi
options screen displays.
2. Touch options to configure:
• Smart Network Switch: Allows the phone to switch from the
Wireless Provider's network to a recognized Wi-Fi network, when in
range.
• Add Wi-Fi network: Connect to a new Wi-Fi network, see
"Adding a Wi-Fi Network Manually" on page 116.
• Scan: Search for available Wi-Fi networks.
• Wi-Fi Direct: Access Wi-Fi Direct settings, see "Wi-Fi Direct"
on page 130.
3. Touch
Menu to access the following additional
options:
• Advanced: View and configure the phone's Advanced
Wi-Fi settings.
• WPS push button: Record/send the signal from the Wi-Fi
Protected Setup push button on your Wi-Fi router.
• WPS PIN entry: Record/send the Wi-Fi Protected Setup
Personal Identification Number for your Wi-Fi router.
