• Notifications: Set the ringtone that will sound for
notifications and alarms. Touch a ringtone and touch
OK.
• Vibrate when ringing: Enable your phone to vibrate
whenever it rings. Touch Vibrate when ringing to
create a check mark and enable the feature.

Touch any of the following options to create a check
mark and activate the feature:
• Dialing keypad tone: Makes a sound when you touch
a key on the keyboard.
• Touch sounds: Makes a sound when you touch the
screen.
• Screen lock sound: Makes a sound when your screen
is locked or unlocked.
Samsung applications
Set the applications sounds. Touch any of the following
options to display more options for the feature:
• Call: Configure Call alerts, Call ringtones and keypad
tones, and Voicemail sounds.

• Message: Configure Messaging notifications,
ringtones, and message alert repetition.
• Email: Configure Email notifications, select a ringtone,
and set vibration.
• Calendar: Set Calendar alerts and notifications, select
a ringtone, and set vibration.
Samsung keyboard
Set the keyboard sounds. Touch the following option to
create a check mark and activate the feature:
• Sound when tapped: Enables auditory feedback
when you touch an onscreen key.

• Adapt Sound: Customize your call sounds. Touch
Adapt Sound, read the instructions, and touch Start.
Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your personal
call sound.
