Battery Indicator

The battery icon in the Status bar shows the battery
power level. Two to three minutes before the battery
becomes too low to operate your phone, the empty battery
icon flashes and a tone sounds. If you continue to operate the
phone without charging the battery, the phone powers off.

Installing the Battery

1. Remove the battery cover (see "Removing the Battery
Cover" on page 7).
2. Slide the battery into the compartment (1) so that the
tabs on the end of the battery align with the slots at
the bottom of the phone, making sure that the
connectors align.
3. Gently press down to secure the battery (2).
Removing the Battery
1. Remove the battery cover (see "Removing the Battery
Cover" on page 7).
2. Lift the battery up using the slot provided (1).
3. Lift the battery up and out of the phone (2).
