the pitch

brighter the
tone color
becomes. (The
opposite occurs
when
setting
to "-".)
The
greater the
change
is,
the closer the
value
gets
to
+ 99
or
-
99.
The
change
of
Cutoff
and
the
change
of
pitch are
equal
when
set to
0.
