Using the wireless charger pack
Checking the wireless charging status
You can check the mobile device's charging status via the wireless charging indicator.

• I f the mobile device is not charging after being connected to the wireless charger
pack, turn off the mobile device and then turn it on again.
• T he wireless charger pack is an auxiliary external battery. It may not fully charge
some mobile devices.
• I f the wireless charger pack and the mobile device is exposed to extremely hot
or cold temperatures or an error occurs, the wireless charging indicator will flash
in blue. Disconnect the mobile device from the wireless charger pack, and then
reconnect them.
