Set Up Your Account

Once your phone is activated, you can set up your account. Your Virgin Mobile app should start
automatically, but you can access it at any time by tapping Virgin Mobile from the phone's home screen.
Create a New Account
1. From home, tap Virgin Mobile
2. After reviewing and accepting the Terms & Conditions, tap CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.
3. Enter your Activation Card PIN from your Starter Kit.
Note: You will need an Activation Card PIN when creating an account with a new phone.
4. Follow the easy onscreen instructions to complete your account setup, and then add any
additional lines.
Add This Phone to an Existing Account
You'll need the account holder's email and password to add this phone to an existing account.
1. From home, tap Virgin Mobile
2. After reviewing and accepting the Terms & Conditions, tap Add to Existing Account and enter
your Starter Kit Activation Card PIN – you'll need a Starter Kit for each new line you want to add
to your account.
3. Follow the easy onscreen instructions to complete your phone setup and repeat these steps for
each additional line you are adding.
Establish Your Number
When prompted, choose one of the following:
● Use the phone's existing phone number.
● Request a new phone number in your area code.
Transfer your previous phone number to this phone.
To transfer your previous phone number, you'll need the following handy:
● Username and password from your previous carrier.
● A copy of a recent bill that contains:
Account Number.
Billing Address.
