    • Use extreme caution when operating the laser sighting. • Never point the laser beam at a person. • Do not attempt to open the thermometer. There are no user serviceable parts. • Keep out of the reach of all children.

  • Page 9 To measure a temperature, point the unit at the target, pull the trigger and hold. Make sure the target area is within the field of view of the instrument. The laser circle sighting is used to indicate the perimeter of the instrument’s field of view.
