B6xxyyyy licensed internal code or hardware event SRCs:

A B6xxyyyy system reference code (SRC) is an error code or event code that is related to licensed internal
code or hardware.
The B6xxyyyy SRCs below are the system reference codes that might be displayed if system firmware
detects a problem. Follow the suggested actions in the order in which they are listed until the problem is
solved. If an action solves the problem, then you can stop performing the remaining actions. See
Chapter 7, "Parts listing for IBM Flex System p260 and p460 Compute Nodes," on page 97 to determine
which components are CRUs and which components are FRUs.
Note: For problems persisting after completing the suggested actions, see "Solving undetermined
problems" on page 498.

Explanation: Contact was lost with the device indicated in the SRC. The operating system is halted waiting for the
I/O function of a critical resource to return. When the I/O returns this SRC will disappear from the panel and the
O/S will continue running. This problem occurs when the connection to the I/O resource or host is suspended, lost
or there is a problem with I/O in the host.
The O/S cannot notify or call home in this state.
Service action / serviceable event : YES
Called home automatically: Conditional from the management console.
v If this LPAR was defined from the managent console with the option for calling home crashes and hangs then the
management console will call this problem home.
v Otherwise this problem will not be called home.
Problem determination: Do not power off the LPAR. Look for and repair problems in the I/O host.
