Cookware for cooking with speed bake/roast

Use only cookware that is specially manufactured for microwave ovens. Do not use metal
cookware with this combination mode. Do not use any type of plastic cookware, as it can
melt.

Food suitable for speed bake/roast

Other food suitable for this combination mode cooking include all kinds of previously cooked
food which needs reheating and browning (e.g. baked pasta), as well as food which requires
a short cooking time to brown the top of the food. This mode can also be used for thick food
portions that benefit from a browned and crispy top (e.g. chicken pieces, which you turn over
half way through cooking). Other food suitable for this cooking mode include a variety of
meats and poultry as well as frozen snacks and pizza.
