Reference 3 - Breather/Oil Fill Plug. Use SAE 90 gear oil. Maintain the correct oil level. Over filling can cause the oil to over heat and damage seals and bearings.

    NEVER operate the generator while wearing loose fitting clothing such as neckties, scarves or untucked shirts. NEVER operate the generator, or handle any electrical equipment while standing in water, while barefoot, while hands are wet or while in the rain or snow.

    GENERATOR CARE The generator head is a two pole, 3600 RPM, 60 Hz, brushless, revolving field and synchronous type with two sealed radial bearings. Proper care and maintenance are necessary to ensure a long trouble free life. Exercising The Generator - The generator should be operated every four weeks.
