The.float.in.the.water.

Even.soft.water.contains.

Solution
Insert.T.DISC.holder.or.T.DISC.
piercing.unit.properly.
Re­insert.the.T.DISC.and.make.
sure.it.is.properly.positioned.
Push.the.handle.down.until.it.snaps.
into.place.with.an.audible.click.
Clean.the.brewing.system.thor­
oughly,.especially.in.the.area.of.the.
clamp.
Stop.the.brewing.process..Wait.
until.the.machine.is.cooled.down.
before.removing.the.T.DISC.and.
then.clean.the.brewing.unit
Check.to.ensure.that.the.piercing.
unit.is.inserted.properly.
Condensation.may.occur.and.is.not.
a.fault..Remove.it.by.wiping.with.a.
cloth.
Check.the.storage.compartment.
for.the.Service.T.DISC.at.the.back.
of.the.appliance.
