When you install or upgrade a software image on the active MPU, the system automatically installs

or upgrades the software image on the service cards as needed. You do not need to install or
upgrade the software of the service cards separately.
Installation and upgrade procedure
To install or upgrade a boot image, a system image, or feature images, execute the following commands
in user view:

Uninstalling feature or patch images
You can uninstall only feature images and patch images from the device. Boot and system images cannot
be uninstalled.
