Sending and Receiving Calendar Notes
Two compatible phones can share calendar notes with each other
using IR.
To send a calendar note using IR:
1.
Activate your phone's IR capability.
2.
Point the activated IR port of your phone toward the activated
IR port of the receiving phone, and have them at the
recommended distance from each other. (See "IR (Infrared)
Data Transfer" on page 122.)
3.
From the Calendar menu of the Organizer, scroll to a day with
the desired note, and press Options.
4.
Scroll to View day and press Select.
5.
Scroll to select the message and press Options.
6.
Scroll to Send note, press Select, scroll to Via infrared, and press
Select. (A confirming message displays.)
To receive a calendar note using IR:
1.
Point the activated IR port of your phone toward the activated
IR port of the sending phone, and have them at the
recommended distance from each other.
2.
Wait for the calendar note to be received on your phone.
(A confirming message displays.)
3.
Press Show and Save to save the calendar note.
