• Enable encryption to use
the defined encryption
key and to protect
your dictations from
unauthorized use or file
playback.
Function
• Enable the setting
Keep display on during
recording if you don't
want the display to turn off
while you are recording.
The predefined length of
time before your screen
turns off when the device
is not used (see
Power
saving
mode) is disabled
then.
• Customize the
functionality of the
slide switch. By default,
the slide switch is set
to International. To
change the slide switch
assignment, go to Settings
> User interface > Slider
assignment and select
Philips, International, or
German.

• Customize the
functionality of the
right function button on
your device. Tap Button
assignment and select the
desired function you want
to assign to the function
button.

• See information about your dictation app version.
• Follow the links to our Terms and conditions and to

Function
• Import .csv files with
data, such as patient
data, from an Internet
address into your
SpeechAir by entering
your data list URL
(Internet address).
• Select your desired
data list refresh interval.
After your data list has
been imported, it will be
updated at the defined
interval.
