To delete a file, follow these steps:
1. Use Windows Explorer or My Computer to locate the file you want to delete.
2. Click the file to select it.
3. Click the File menu, and then click Delete.

When you delete a file, it moves to the Recycle Bin. It is not removed from the

If you delete a file in error and need to retrieve it from the Recycle Bin, follow these

1. Double-click the Recycle Bin icon located on the desktop.

2. Click the file you want to restore.
3. Click the File menu, and then click Restore.
The file disappears from the Recycle Bin and is restored to its original location.
