Settings mode

Settings mode is used for activating
and deactivating the safety lock.

Settings mode is represented in the dis‐
play by the menu symbol .
See below for instructions on how to
activate and deactivate the lock.
Activating or deactivating the safety
lock
The lock can be activated to prevent
the appliance being switched off by
mistake.
– To activate the safety lock
 Press the Super freeze button for ap‐
prox. 5 seconds.
The menu symbol  will light up and 
will start flashing in the display.
Settings mode is now activated.
 Press the Super freeze button briefly
to access the lock function.
 will appear in the display.

Selecting further settings

 Press the Super freeze button briefly

to activate the lock.
The lock symbol  will light up.
 Press the On/Off button to exit Set‐
tings mode.
The temperature will appear in the dis‐
play.
