When you make or answer a call while listening to the radio, the volume is muted. When you end a call, the volume
automatically resumes its previous level.
Note that when an application sends or receives data using an (E)GPRS or HSCSD connection, it may interfere with the radio.

Voice recorder

You can record speech, sound, or an active call for up to 3 minutes. For example, this is useful when recording a name and
phone number to be written down later. You can also set a recording as a ringing tone.
The recorder cannot be used when a data call or GPRS connection is active.

Recording sound

1. Press Menu, and select
2. To start the recording, select Record. To start recording a call, press Options, and select Record. While recording a call,
hold the phone in the normal position near your ear. All parties to the call will hear a faint beep approximately every 5
seconds.
