you to carry your phone while keeping it the recommended distance
from your hearing aid.

provider, you will need to provide specific information about your phone.
This information is provided on the phone's label.
The label is on the back of the phone (under the battery)
It shows the:
• Model number
• Phone type (a technical designation)
• Electronic serial number (ESN)
Do not remove or deface the label.
