Section 4 - Configuration
After My Surveillance is enabled, a new browser window opens. Before
you proceed, make sure you have the correct plug-ins to view the
streaming video. There may be a message at the top of your browser that
says, Missing plug-in on this page. Click where it says, Click Here to download.
Note: My Surveillance supports the following web browsers:
• Internet Explorer 8 or higher
• Mozilla Firefox 4 or higher
• Safari 4 (Windows) or higher
• Google Chrome 13 or higher
Click Save File to download the SurveillanceCenterRealInstall.msi
file.
