3. Install:
• Tiller handle assembly 1
• Self-locking nuts 2
Self-locking nut:
37.0 N • m
(3.77 kgf • m, 27.3 ft • lb)
4. Connect:
• Wiring harness coupler 1
• Warning indicator coupler 2
NOTE:
Tighten the plastic tie a after connecting the
wiring harness coupler.
5. Connect:
• Variable trolling RPM switch coupler 1
6. Install:
• Grommet 1
• Fuel hose 2
• Battery cable 3
• Speedometer hose 4

• Wiring harness 5

• Warning indicator lead 6
• Shift cable 7
• Throttle cable 8
• Variable trolling RPM switch lead 9
NOTE:
Align the taped end a of the battery cable with
the end of the grommet.
