Save the Settings in M

Rotate the mode dial to the desired exposure
mode.
• Rotate to A, B, C or D.
• Settings can be saved even if rotated to M (the default
settings of shooting mode A are saved when the camera
is first purchased).

Change to a frequently used setting.

Press the d button.
• The shooting menu is displayed.
• Switch to the A, B, C, D or M tab when the shooting
menu is not displayed (A13).

Use the multi selector to choose Save user
settings and press the k button.
• Done screen is displayed, and the current settings are
saved.

Shooting in M (user setting) mode
• Rotate the mode dial to M to shoot with the saved settings.
• The settings can be changed. Also, the changed settings can be saved again.
