During FM reception, press (PTY).
The PTY List appears.
The current programme type name appears if
the station is transmitting the PTY data.
"None" appears if the received station is not
an RDS station, or if the RDS data is not
received.

Press M or m repeatedly to select the
desired programme type.
The programme types appear in the order
shown in the table.

Press (ENTER).
The unit starts searching for a station
broadcasting the selected programme type.
Tip
You can also display the PTY list by using the main
menu. During FM reception, press (MENU), and
select "PTY" in "List," then press (ENTER).
Setting the clock
automatically
— CT
The CT (Clock Time) data from the RDS
transmission sets the clock automatically.

Press (MENU).

Press < or , to select "Setup," then
press (ENTER).

Press < or , to select "CT."

Press (ENTER) repeatedly to select
"ON."

Press (MENU).
The display returns to the normal display.
To cancel the CT function, select "OFF" in
step 4.
Notes
• The CT function may not work even though an RDS
station is being received.
• There might be a difference between the time set by
the CT function and the actual time.
