6-1-2 Scanner Assembly

1. Before you remove the scanner assembly,
you should remove the Rear cover (see page
6-2).
2. Remove the three screws at the rear, as
shown below.
3. Remove the two screws behind the front
cover
4. Open the side cover assembly and front
cover, as shown below.

5. Unplug the two connectors and CCD cable.
You should disconnect the CCD cable horizontally
to avoid CCD cable pin damage.
6. Pull up the scanner assembly in the direction
of arrow.
